“Kandaferi 2” Guest House is nestled in the forests of the Elena Balkan in a remote and tranquil location. The house offers a magnificent view of the mountain and Mount Chumerna. It is a combination of a restored old house and a new building, sharing a large inner courtyard. If you wish to relax during your stay we have a massage centre where you can unwind in the hands of our experienced masseurs. The combined capacity of both houses is 20 places and guests can enjoy a communal kitchen, a dining area and breathtaking views with pure mountain air. The area is perfect for hiking in the Bulgarian nature.

About the rooms

The guest house offers two accommodation options:

Traditional restored house - it includes an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room with a capacity for four people and another apartment with one bedroom and living room with a capacity for two adults, with an option for two additional places.
New part - it features four double rooms with the possibility to accommodate a third additional person, a spacious tavern with a fully equipped kitchen.

All guests can take advantage of free internet, an outdoor BBQ and oven, a yard with a children’s playground and free parking.

Accordion to your preferences and needs, the room types offered by “Kandaferi 2” Guest House are:

Double room;
One-bedroom apartment;
Two-bedroom apartment.

During your stay

At “Kandaferi 2” guest house, check-in and check-out are done personally. During your stay you can make use of luggage storage lockers.

Property's Policies

Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:00;
Check-out: from 07:00 to 11:00.

Children of all ages are welcome at “Kandaferi 2” guest house. The guest house offers free baby cots upon prior request.

Pets are also welcome but it may require an additional fee.

Please note that if you cause any damages to the property during your stay you may be asked to pay up to 200 BGN upon check-out, according to the Property Damage Policy.

In order for you to fully enjoy your stay at “Kandaferi 2” there are quiet hours from 23:00 to 09:00.

The house is rented for a minimum of two nights. For a single-night stay with exclusive use of the entire house, there is an additional fee of 150 BGN per day.
